“जो आया है वह जाता भी है लेकिन जायेगा कैसे? स्नेह को याद करने से मेहनत चली जायेगी क्योंकि सभी को भिन्न–भिन्न समय पर बापदादा दोनों के स्नेह का अनुभव तो है। है ना अनुभव! कभी तो किया है ना, चलो सदा नहीं है कभी तो है। उस समय को याद करो – बाप का स्नेह क्या है! बाप के स्नेह से क्या–क्या अनुभव किया! तो स्नेह की स्मृति से मेहनत बदल जायेगी क्योंकि बाप–दादा को किसी भी बच्चे की मेहनत की स्थिति अच्छी नहीं लगती। मेरे बच्चे और मेहनत! तो मेहनत मुक्त कब बनेंगे? यह संगमयुग ही है जिसमें मेहनत मुक्त, मौज़ ही मौज़ में रह सकते हैं। मौज नहीं है तो कोई न कोई बोझ बुद्धि में है, बाप ने कहा है बोझ मुझे दे दो। मैं–पन को भूल ट्रस्टी बन जाओ। जिम्मेवारी बाप को दे दो और स्वयं दिल के सच्चे बच्चे बन खाओ, खेलो और मौज करो क्योंकि यह संगमयुग सभी युग में से मौज़ों का युग है। इस मौजों के युग में भी मौज नहीं मनायेंगे तो कब मनायेंगे? बापदादा जब देखते हैं ना कि बच्चे बोझ उठाके बहुत मेहनत कर रहे हैं। दे नहीं देते, खुद ही उठा लेते। तो बाप को तो तरस पड़ेगा ना, रहम आयेगा ना। मौजों के समय मेहनत! स्नेह में खो जाओ, स्नेह के समय को याद करो। हर एक को कोई न कोई समय विशेष स्नेह की अनुभूति होती ही है, हुई है। बाप जानता है हुई है लेकिन याद नहीं करते हो। मेहनत को ही देखते रहते, उलझते रहते।”
“Something that has come will also go away, but how will it go away? By your remembering love, hard work will disappear, because all of you experience the love of both Bap and Dada at different times. You do experience that, do you not? You have experienced it at some time, have you not? OK, you may not experience it all the time, but you have experienced it at some point. Remember that time what the Father’s love is. What did you experience with the Father’s love? With your awareness of love, your hard work will change because BapDada doesn’t like any of you children to have a stage of labouring. “My children and they have to labour!” So, when will you become free from labour? It is only at the confluence age that you can become free from labouring and simply stay in pleasure all the time. If there isn’t pleasure, there is definitely one type of burden or another on your intellect. The Father has told you: Hand over your burdens to Me. Forget the consciousness of “I” and become a trustee. Give your responsibilities to the Father and you, yourselves, will become the true children who are honest in your hearts as you eat, drink and enjoy yourselves, because of all the ages, this confluence age is an age of pleasure. If you don’t celebrate with pleasure even in this age of pleasure, then when would you celebrate? When BapDada sees that some children are carrying a burden and labouring a lot, that they are not handing it over but are carrying it themselves, then the Father would of course feel mercy and compassion, would He not? Labouring at the time for pleasure! You have to become lost in love, you can remember the times of love. At one time or other, each one of you has definitely experienced love; you definitely experience it. The Father knows that you have had that experience but that you don’t remember it. You continue to see hard work and continue to become confused.”
“आज विशेष ऐसे हर बच्चे को बाप का विशेष वरदान है – मेहनत मुक्त होने का। स्वीकार है? फिर कुछ हो जाए तो क्या करेंगे? क्या, क्यों तो नहीं करेंगे ना? मुहब्बत के समय को याद करना। अनुभव को याद करना और अनुभव में खो जाना। आपका वायदा है।”
“On this special day, every child has a special blessing of remaining free from labouring. Do you accept it? Yes? Then, what will you do if something happens? You will not say, “What?” “Why?” etc., will you? Remember the times of love. Remember those experiences and become lost in those experiences. You have promised this.”
“बाप की याद ही जादू का मन्त्र है, इस जादू के मन्त्र द्वारा जो सिद्धि चाहो वह प्राप्त कर सकते हो। जैसे स्थूल में भी किसी कार्य की सद्धि के लिए मन्त्र जपते हैं, ऐसे यहाँ भी अगर किसी कार्य में सिद्धि चाहिए तो यह याद का महामन्त्र ही विधि स्वरूप है। यह जादू मन्त्र सेकण्ड में परिवर्तन कर देता है। इसे सदा स्मृति में रखो तो सदा सिद्धि स्वरूप बन जायेंगे क्योंकि याद में रहना बड़ी बात नहीं है, सदा याद में रहना – यही बड़ी बात है, इसी से सर्व सिद्धियां प्राप्त होती हैं।”
“Remembrance of the Father is the magic mantra with which you can achieve any result you want. In a worldly way, in order to achieve a successful result of a task, they chant a mantra. Similarly, here, too, if you want to achieve success in anything, the method to use is the great mantra of remembrance. This magic mantra transforms everything in a second. Constantly keep it in your awareness and you will become an embodiment of constant success. Although it is not a big thing to stay in remembrance, it is by staying in constant remembrance that you will achieve total success.”
“जैसे कोई शरीर के वस्त्र सहज उतार सकते हो ऐसे यह शरीर रूपी वस्त्र भी सहज उतार सको और सहज ही समय पर धारण कर सको, इसका अभ्यास चाहिए। अगर वस्त्र तंग वा टाइट है तो सहज उतार नहीं सकते, ऐसे यह देह रूपी वस्त्र भी किसी संस्कार में चिपका हुआ तंग वा टाइट न हो। इसके लिए सभी बातों में इजी रहो, यदि इज़ी रहेंगे तो सभी कार्य इज़ी होंगे। जितना पुराने संस्कारों से न्यारा रहेंगे उतना अवस्था भी न्यारी अर्थात् विदेही सहज बन जायेगी।”
“Increase the practice of the bodiless stage (ashariri and videhi). Just as you are easily able to take off a costume, in the same way, you must be able to take off the costume of your body just as easily and also adopt it just as easily at a time of need. This practice is needed. If your costume is tight, you cannot take it off easily. In the same way, let the costume of your body not be tight or stuck to any sanskar. For this, remain easy in all situations. If you remain easy, all tasks will be carried out easily. The more detached you remain from your old sanskars, the more your stage will be detached, that is, you will easily become bodiless.”
1-minute Drill Exercise:
“अभी दो मिनट के लिए सभी परमात्म स्नेह, संगमयुग के आत्मिक मौज की स्थिति में स्थित हो जाओ। (ड्रिल) अच्छा – यही अनुभव हर दिन बार–बार समय प्रति समय अनुभव करते रहना। स्नेह को नहीं छोड़ना। स्नेह में खो जाना सीखो।”
“Now, for two minutes, all of you become stable in God’s love and the stage of the spiritual pleasures of the confluence age. Achcha. Repeatedly continue to have this experience again and again from time to time. Never let go of love. Learn to become lost in love.”
