“प्रश्नः–
तुम बच्चों को अभी कौन–सा प्रयत्न पूरा–पूरा करना है?

उत्तर:-
सिर पर जो विकर्मों का बोझा है उसे उतारने का पूरा–पूरा प्रयत्न करना है। बाप का बनकर कोई विकर्म किया तो बहुत ज़ोर से गिर पड़ेंगे। बी.के. की अगर निंदा कराई, कोई तकलीफ दी तो बहुत पाप हो जायेगा। फिर ज्ञान सुनने–सुनाने से कोई फायदा नहीं।”

“Question:
What full effort must you children make?

Answer:
Make full effort to remove the burdens of sins on your heads. If, after belonging to the Father, you commit any sins, you will fall very hard. If you cause the BKs to be defamed or cause them any other difficulty, you will accumulate a lot of sin. There will then be no benefit in your listening to or relating this knowledge.”

• “तुम बाप को बुलाते हो कि आकर पतित से पावन बनाओ, स्वर्ग का मालिक बनाओ क्योंकि जन्म–जन्मान्तर के पाप सिर पर बहुत हैं। इस जन्म के भी हैं। इस जन्म के पाप बतलाते भी हैं। बहुतों ने ऐसे पाप किये हैं जो पावन बनना बड़ा मुश्किल लगता है। मुख्य बात है ही पावन बनने की। पढ़ाई तो बहुत सहज है, परन्तु विकर्मों का बोझा कैसे उतरे उसका प्रयत्न करना चाहिए। ऐसे बहुत हैं अथाह पाप करते हैं, बहुत डिस–सर्विस करते हैं। बी.के. आश्रम को तकलीफ देने की कोशिश करते हैं। इसका बहुत पाप चढ़ता है। वह पाप आदि कोई ज्ञान देने से नहीं मिट सकेंगे। पाप मिटेंगे फिर भी योग से। पहले तो योग का पूरा पुरुषार्थ करना चाहिए, तब किसको तीर भी लग सकेगा। पहले पवित्र बनें, योग हो तब वाणी में भी जौहर भरेगा।”

“You call out to the Father to come and make you pure from impure and to make you into the masters of heaven, because of the many sins of many births on your heads. There are also the sins of this birth. You have to confess your sins of this birth. Many have committed such sins that they find it very difficult to become pure. The main thing is to become pure. This study is very easy, but you have to make effort as to how to remove the burden of sins. There are many who commit a lot of sin and thereby do a lot of disservice. They try to cause difficulties for the Brahma Kumaris’ ashram. They accumulate a lot of sin by doing that. Sins cannot be erased by giving this knowledge to others. Only by having yoga can sins be erased. First of all, make full effort to have yoga, for only then will an arrow strike someone. Only when you first become pure and have yoga can there be that power in your words.”

• “यह ज्ञान तलवार है। उसमें याद बल का जौहर चाहिए।”

“This sword of knowledge must have the sharpness of the power of remembrance.”

• “जैसे मरने के बाद शरीर का संस्कार करते हैं तो नाम रूप समाप्त हो जाता है ऐसे आप बच्चे जब मरजीवा बनते हो तो शरीर भल वही है लेकिन पुराने संस्कारों, स्मृतियों वा स्वभावों का संस्कार कर देते हो। संस्कार किया हुआ मनुष्य फिर से सामने आये तो उसको भूत कहा जाता है। ऐसे यहाँ भी यदि कोई संस्कार किये हुए संस्कार जागृत हो जाते हैं तो यह भी माया के भूत हैं। इन भूतों का भगाओ, इनका वर्णन भी नहीं करो।”

“When a person dies, that body is cremated and, through that, the name and form completely finish. In the same way, when you children die alive, then, although your bodies are the same, you have the cremation of your old sanskars, memories and nature. If someone who has been cremated appears to you, he is called a ghost. Here, too, when the sanskars that have been cremated awaken and emerge again, they are evil spirits of Maya. Chase away those evil spirits and do not even talk about them.”

• “कर्मभोग का वर्णन करने के बजाए, कर्मयोग की स्थिति का वर्णन करते रहो।”

“Instead of talking about the suffering of karma (karma bhog), talk about your stage of karma yoga.”

• “जैसे राजा स्वयं कोई कार्य नहीं करता, कराता है। करने वाले राज्य कारोबारी अलग होते हैं। अगर राज्य कारोबारी ठीक नहीं होते तो राज्य डगमग हो जाता है। ऐसे आत्मा भी करावनहार है, करनहार ये विशेष त्रिमूर्ति शक्तियाँ (मन–बुद्धि और संस्कार) हैं। पहले इनके ऊपर रूलिंग पावर हो तो यह साकार कर्मेन्द्रियाँ स्वत: सही रास्ते पर चलेंगी।”

“A king doesn’t do a task himself but he gets it done. The one who does it is a servant of the king. If a king’s servant does not serve him properly, his kingdom then becomes unstable. Similarly, the soul is also the one who gets things done; the ones who carry out actions are the special trimurti powers (the mind, intellect, and sanskars). You should first have ruling power over these. Then your physical organs will naturally move along accordingly in the right way.”
