1. “बापदादा को आज के दिन सच्चे भगत भी बहुत याद आ रहे हैं। वह व्रत रखते हैं एक दिन का और आपने व्रत रखा है सारे जीवन में सम्पूर्ण पवित्र बनने का। वह खाने का व्रत रखते हैं, आपने भी मन के भोजन व्यर्थ संकल्प, निगेटिव संकल्प, अपवित्र संकल्पों का व्रत रखा है। पक्का व्रत रखा है ना? यह डबल फारेनर्स आगे-आगे बैठे हैं। यह कुमार बोलो, कुमारों ने व्रत रखा है, पक्का? कच्चा नहीं। माया सुन रही है। सब झण्डियां हिला रहे हैं ना तो माया देख रही है, झण्डियां हिला रहे हैं। जब व्रत रखते हैं – पवित्र बनना ही है, तो व्रत रखना अर्थात् श्रेष्ठ वृत्ति बनाना। तो जैसी वृत्ति होती है वैसे ही दृष्टि, कृति स्वत: ही बन जाती है। तो ऐसा व्रत रखा है ना? पवित्र शुभ वृत्ति, पवित्र शुभ दृष्टि, जब एक दो को देखते हो तो क्या देखते हो? फेस को देखते हो या भृकुटी के बीच चमकती हुई आत्मा को देखते हो? कोई बच्चे ने पूछा कि जब बात करना होता है, काम करना होता है तो फेस को देख करके ही बात करनी पड़ती है, आंखों के तरफ ही नज़र जाती है, तो कभी-कभी फेस को देख करके थोड़ा वृत्ति बदल जाती है। बापदादा कहते हैं – आंखों के साथ-साथ भृकुटी भी है, तो भृकुटी के बीच आत्मा को देख बात नहीं कर सकते हैं! अभी बापदादा सामने बैठे बच्चों के आंखों में देख रहे हैं या भृकुटी में देख रहे हैं, मालूम पड़ता है? साथ-साथ ही तो है। तो फेस में देखो लेकिन फेस में भृकुटी में चमकता हुआ सितारा देखो। तो यह व्रत लो, लिया है लेकिन और अटेन्शन दो। आत्मा को देख बात करना है, आत्मा से आत्मा बात कर रहा है। आत्मा देख रहा है। तो वृत्ति सदा ही शुभ रहेगी और साथ-साथ दूसरा फायदा है जैसी वृत्ति वैसा वायुमण्डल बनता है। वायुमण्डल श्रेष्ठ बनाने से स्वयं के पुरुषार्थ के साथ-साथ सेवा भी हो जाती है। तो डबल फायदा है ना! ऐसी अपनी श्रेष्ठ वृत्ति बनाओ जो कैसा भी विकारी, पतित आपके वृत्ति के वायुमण्डल से परिवर्तन हो जाए। ऐसा व्रत सदा स्मृति में रहे, स्वरूप में रहे।”
“On this day, BapDada is also remembering the true devotees a great deal. They keep a fast for just one day, whereas you keep a fast of complete purity for your whole life. They keep a fast of food, and you also keep a fast of the food of the mind, that is, of waste thoughts, negative thoughts and impure thoughts. You have kept a firm fast, have you not? The double foreigners are sitting at the front. Kumars, speak! Have you kept your fast firm? Is it firm? It is not weak, is it? Maya is also listening. All of you are waving your flags, and Maya is watching you waving your flags. When you keep a fast of definitely having to become pure, it means you have to make your attitude elevated. As is your attitude, so is your vision and your actions automatically become like that. So, you have kept such a fast, have you not? A pure and clean attitude, pure and clean vision; when you look at one another, what do you look at? Do you look at the face or at the sparkling soul in the centre of the forehead? One child said that when he has to speak to others, or when he has to do something, he has to do that whilst looking at the face, and that the vision goes towards that person’s eyes. However, sometimes, on seeing the face, your attitude changes a little. BapDada says: Together with the eyes, there is also the forehead. So can you not speak to the soul whilst looking at the centre of the forehead? Now, BapDada is sitting in front of you, so can you tell whether He is looking at your eyes or at your forehead? They are both together. So, look at the face, but look at the sparkling star in the centre of the forehead on the face. Therefore, keep this fast. You are keeping this fast, but now pay more attention. You have to speak whilst looking at the soul: the soul is speaking to the soul. The soul is looking at the soul. Your attitude will then always remain pure, and, along with that, the other benefit is: that as is your attitude, so is the atmosphere that is created. By creating an elevated atmosphere, as well as making your own effort, you also do service. So, that is double benefit, is it not? Create such an elevated attitude that no matter how vicious or impure someone may be, he is transformed by the atmosphere created by your attitude. Let there constantly be this fast in your awareness and in your form.”
2. “चेक करो – बड़े-बड़े विकार का व्रत तो रखा है लेकिन छोटे-छोटे उनके बाल-बच्चों से मुक्त हैं? वैसे भी देखो जीवन में प्रवृत्ति वालों का बच्चों से ज्यादा पोत्रे-धोत्रे से प्यार होता है। माताओं का प्यार होता है ना। तो बड़े बड़े रूप से तो जीत लिया लेकिन छोटे-छोटे सूक्ष्म स्वरूप में वार तो नहीं करते? जैसे कई कहते हैं – आसक्ति नहीं है लेकिन अच्छा लगता है। यह चीज़ ज्यादा अच्छी लगती है लेकिन आसक्ति नहीं है। विशेष अच्छा क्यों लगता? तो चेक करो छोटे-छोटे रूप में भी अपवित्रता का अंश तो नहीं रह गया है? क्योंकि अंश से कभी वंश पैदा हो सकता है। कोई भी विकार चाहे छोटे रूप में, चाहे बड़े रूप में आने का निमित्त एक शब्द का भाव है, वह एक शब्द है – “मैं”। बॉडी-कॉन्सेस का मैं। इस एक मैं शब्द से अभिमान भी आता है और अभिमान अगर पूरा नहीं होता तो क्रोध भी आता है क्योंकि अभिमान की निशानी है – वह एक शब्द भी अपने अपमान का सहन नहीं कर सकता, इसलिए क्रोध आ जाता। तो भगत तो बलि चढ़ाते हैं लेकिन आप आज के दिन जो भी हद का मैं पन हो, उसको बाप को देकर समर्पित करो। यह नहीं सोचो करना तो है, बनना तो है… तो तो नहीं करना। समर्थ हो और समर्थ बन समाप्ति करो। कोई नई बात नहीं है, कितने कल्प, कितने बार सम्पूर्ण बने हो, याद है? कोई नई बात नहीं है। कल्प-कल्प बने हो, बनी हुई बन रही है, सिर्फ रिपीट करना है। बनी को बनाना है, इसलिए कहा जाता है बना बनाया ड्रामा। बना हुआ है सिर्फ अभी रिपीट करना अर्थात् बनाना है। मुश्किल है कि सहज है? बापदादा समझते हैं संगमयुग का वरदान है – सहज पुरुषार्थ। इस जन्म में सहज पुरुषार्थ के वरदान से 21 जन्म सहज जीवन स्वत: ही प्राप्त होगी। बाप-दादा हर बच्चे को मेहनत से मुक्त करने आये हैं। 63 जन्म मेहनत की, एक जन्म परमात्म प्यार, मुहब्बत से मेहनत से मुक्त हो जाओ। जहाँ मुहब्बत है वहाँ मेहनत नहीं, जहाँ मेहनत है वहाँ मुहब्बत नहीं। तो बापदादा सहज पुरुषार्थी भव का वरदान दे रहा है और मुक्त होने का साधन है – मुहब्बत, बाप से दिल का प्यार। प्यार में लवलीन और महा यंत्र है – मनमनाभव का मंत्र। तो यंत्र को काम में लगाओ। काम में लगाना तो आता है ना! बापदादा ने देखा संगमयुग में परमात्म प्यार द्वारा, बापदादा द्वारा कितनी शक्तियां मिली हैं, गुण मिले हैं, ज्ञान मिला है, खुशी मिली है, इन सब प्रभु देन को, खजानों को समय पर कार्य में लगाओ।”
“So, check: You are keeping the fast of the big, gross vices, but are you free from their little children? Generally, householders have more love for their grandchildren than for their children. You Mothers have love for them, do you not? So, you have conquered the big forms, but their little, subtle forms do not attack you, do they? For instance, some say: “I am not attracted, but I do like it. I like that thing more, but I am not attracted to it.” Why do you especially like it? So, check that there aren’t any traces of impurity left in little forms, because a whole progeny can sometimes be created from a trace. When any vice comes, whether in a big form or a small form, there is just one word that causes it, and that one word is “I”. The “I” of body consciousness. Through this one word, “I”, there is arrogance or, if there isn’t full arrogance, then there is anger, because the sign of arrogance is that that one is unable to tolerate even one word of an insult and he therefore gets angry. So, devotees offer a sacrifice, but, on this day, whatever limited consciousness of “I” you have, sacrifice that to the Father and finish it. Do not think: “I have to do it anyway, I have to become that anyway.” Do not think about doing it at some time in the future. You are powerful. So be powerful and finish it. It is not anything new. How many cycles and how many times have you become complete? Do you remember? It is not anything new. You have become that every cycle. You are becoming what you have already been; you simply have to repeat it. You have to create that which is already created and this is why it is called the predestined drama. It is already created, and you just have to repeat it now, that is, you have to create it. Is this difficult or easy? BapDada believes that you have the blessing of the confluence age: easy effort. By having this blessing of easy effort in this birth, you will automatically attain an easy life for 21 births. BapDada has come to liberate every child from labouring. You have worked hard for 63 births. Therefore, now, with God’s love in this one birth, with love, become free from labouring. Where there is love, there is no labour, and where there is labour, there is no love. So, BapDada is giving you the blessing of being an easy effort-maker, and the way to become free is love – love for the Father from your heart. Be absorbed in love and the great tool (yantra for this) is the mantra of “Manmanabhav.” So use this tool. You know how to use it, do you not? BapDada has seen how, through God’s love at the confluence age, you have received so many powers and virtues, so much of this knowledge and happiness. Therefore, use all of these treasures and gifts from God at the right time.”
3. “हर एक बच्चा सहज पुरुषार्थी, सहज भी, तीव्र भी। दृढ़ता को यूज़ करो। बनना ही है, हम नहीं बनेंगे तो कौन बनेगा। हम ही थे, हम ही हैं और हर कल्प हम ही होंगे। इतना दृढ़ निश्चय स्वयं में धारण करना ही है। करेंगे नहीं कहना, करना ही है। होना ही है। हुआ पड़ा है।”
“For each child to be an easy effort-maker; easy and also intense. Use determination. “I have to become that; if I don’t become that, who would? I was that, I am that and I will be that every cycle.” You definitely have to have such firm faith in yourself. Do not say that you will do it at some point; you definitely have to do it. It has to happen. It is already accomplished.”
4. “जैसे लौकिक रीति में यदि इकॉनामी वाला घर न हो तो ठीक रीति से नहीं चल सकता। ऐसे यदि निमित्त बने हुए बच्चे इकॉनामी वाले नहीं हैं तो सेन्टर ठीक नहीं चलता। वह हुई हद की प्रवृत्ति, यह है बेहद की प्रवृत्ति। तो चेक करना चाहिए कि संकल्प, बोल और शक्तियों में क्या-क्या एक्स्ट्रा खर्च किया? जो सर्व खजानों की इकॉनामी का बजट बनाकर उसी अनुसार चलते हैं उन्हें ही महीन पुरुषार्थी कहा जाता है। उनके संकल्प, बोल, कर्म व ज्ञान की शक्तियां कुछ भी व्यर्थ नहीं जा सकती।”
“In ordinary life, if you aren’t economical in a family, the house cannot function well. In the same way, if the instrument children are not economical, the centre will not function well. Those are limited households, whereas this is an unlimited household. So, you have to check how much extra you spent in terms of your thoughts, words and powers. Those who make an economical budget of all their treasures and go about their lives accordingly are called refined effort-makers. None of their thoughts, words, actions or powers of this knowledge can go to waste.”
