“प्रश्नः–
तुम कर्मयोगी बच्चों को कौन सा अभ्यास निरन्तर करना चाहिए?

उत्तर:-
अभी–अभी शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ देह में आये और अभी–अभी देही–अभिमानी। देह की स्मृति बिगर कर्म तो हो नहीं सकता इसलिए अभ्यास करना है कि कर्म किया, देह–अभिमानी बनें फिर देही–अभिमानी बन जाओ, ऐसा अभ्यास तुम बच्चों के सिवाए दुनिया में कोई कर नहीं सकता।”

“Question:
What should you karma yogi children constantly practise?

Answer:
One moment, you’re in your body for its livelihood and the next moment you become soul conscious. You cannot do anything without having some awareness of your body. Therefore, practise doing everything without any awareness of your body and be soul conscious. No one in the world, other than you children, can practise this.”

“बाप बच्चों को धीरज देते हैं। बच्चे अब नई दुनिया में चलना है तो पुरानी बातों को भूल जाओ। यह वेद शास्त्र जो भी भक्ति मार्ग की सामग्री है, यह सब खत्म होनी है। वहाँ भक्ति मार्ग का चिन्ह भी नहीं रहता। वहाँ तो भक्ति का फल मिल जाता है। भक्तों को बाप आकर फल देते हैं। बच्चों ने जाना बाप कैसे आकर भक्ति का फल देते हैं, जिसने सबसे जास्ती भक्ति की है, उनको जरूर जास्ती फल मिलेगा। ज्ञान का पुरुषार्थ भी वह जास्ती करेगा। तुम जानते हो हम आत्माओं ने जास्ती भक्ति की है। जरूर ज्ञान में भी वह तीखे जायेंगे तब इन लक्ष्मी–नारायण जैसा ऊंच पद पायेंगे। अब ज्ञान और योग के लिए तुम्हारा पुरुषार्थ है। देही–अभिमानी हो रहना है फिर देहधारी भी होना है। कर्म करते हुए बाप को याद करना है। देह बिगर तो हम कर्म कर न सकें। यह तो ठीक है – बाबा को याद करना है, परन्तु अपने को आत्मा समझें, देह को भुला देने से काम नहीं होगा, कर्म तो करना ही है। बाप की याद में बहुत मजा है। उठते–बैठते, चलते–फिरते बाप को याद करो परन्तु फिर भी पेट को भोजन तो चाहिए। देही–अभिमानी हो रहना है। देही–अभिमानी इस समय तुम बच्चों के सिवाए कोई भी नहीं। भल अपने को आत्मा भी समझें परन्तु परमात्मा का परिचय नहीं। भल समझें हम आत्मा अविनाशी हैं, यह शरीर विनाशी है परन्तु यह समझने से विकर्म विनाश नहीं होंगे। कहते भी हैं पुण्य आत्मा, पतित आत्मा। मैं आत्मा हूँ, मेरा यह शरीर है। यह तो कॉमन बात है। मूल बात बाप समझाते हैं कि मुझे याद करो। शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ देह–अभिमान में तो आना है। देह को खिलाना भी है, देह बिगर तो कुछ कर नहीं सकते। हर जन्म में अपना शरीर निर्वाह करते आते हो, कर्म करते हुए भी अपने माशुक को याद रखना है। उस माशूक का किसी को पूरा पता नहीं है। उस माशूक अथवा बाप से हमको वर्सा मिलना है और उनकी याद से विकर्म विनाश होंगे, यह कोई नहीं समझाते हैं।”

“He gives you children patience. He says: Children, you now have to go to a new world. Therefore, forget the old things! All of those Vedas and scriptures that are the paraphernalia of the path of devotion are to be destroyed. There are no signs of the path of devotion there. There, you receive the fruit of devotion. The Father comes and gives devotees the fruit. You children now know how the Father comes and gives you the fruit of devotion. Those who have performed more devotion would definitely receive more fruit. They would also make more effort with this knowledge. You know which souls have done more devotion. They are the ones who will definitely go faster in this knowledge for only then can they attain a status as high as that of Lakshmi and Narayan’s. You are now making effort in this knowledge and yoga. Remain soul conscious, but you also have to remain aware of being in a body. While doing everything, remember the Father. We cannot perform actions without bodies. It is right that you have to remember Baba, but you also have to consider yourselves to be souls. Nothing will be achieved by forgetting your body because you still have to perform actions. There is a lot of pleasure in remembering the Father. You have to remember the Father while sitting, standing and moving around but, nevertheless, your stomach does need food. Remain soul conscious! No one apart from you children, is soul conscious at present. Although they may consider themselves to be souls, they don’t have God’s introduction. Although they may understand that souls are imperishable and that bodies are perishable, their sins will not be absolved by understanding that. It is said: Charitable soul, impure soul. I am a soul and this is my body. That is a common thing. The main thing that the Father explains is: Remember Me! You have to be aware of your body for the livelihood of your body. The body has to be fed. You cannot do anything without a body. You have been doing something for the livelihood of your body in every birth. While doing everything, you have to remember your Beloved. No one fully knows that Beloved. No one else can explain that we are to receive the inheritance from that Beloved, from that Father, and that our sins will be absolved by having remembrance of Him.”

“बाप कहते हैं हे आत्मायें जागो… तुमको अब ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है।”

“the Father says: Awaken, O souls! Each of you has now received a third eye of this knowledge.”

“इस सृष्टि चक्र को बुद्धि में रखना है। देही–अभिमानी तो जरूर बनना है। देह–अभिमानी बनने के कारण तुम्हारी यह दुर्गति हुई है। अब तुमको बाप को याद करना है। गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान बनना है। स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी भी तुम हो, देवताओं को तो शंख आदि नहीं है। यह ज्ञान शंख आदि तुम ब्राह्मणों को है।”

“Keep this world cycle in your intellects. You definitely do have to become soul conscious. It was because you became body conscious that you became degraded in that way. You now have to remember the Father. While living at home, become like a lotus flower. You are also spinners of the discus of self-realisation. The deities don’t have ornaments like the conch shell, etc. You Brahmins have the conch shell of this knowledge.”

“बाबा अविनाशी है तो उनका बर्थ प्लेस भी अविनाशी है।”

“Baba is imperishable and His birthplace is also imperishable.”

“बाप कहते हैं – तुमको कोई तकलीफ नहीं देते हैं। सिर्फ बाप को और वर्से को याद करना है। अपने को आत्मा समझना है। यह ज्ञान तुमको बाबा सिखला रहे हैं। सतयुग में आत्मा का ज्ञान है, हम आत्मा यह शरीर छोड़ दूसरा जन्म लेंगे, इसको आत्म–अभिमानी कहा जाता है। यह है रूहानी नॉलेज, जो और कोई दे न सके। रूह को रूहानी बाप आकर नॉलेज देते हैं। हर 5 हजार वर्ष बाद देते हैं। मनुष्य तो बिल्कुल ही घोर अन्धियारे में हैं। अब तुमको रोशनी मिली है, तुम अज्ञान नींद से जागे हो। सभी सजनियों का साजन है – एक बाप। बाप कहते हैं – मैं तुम्हारा बाप भी हूँ, साजन भी हूँ, गुरूओं का गुरू भी हूँ। सुप्रीम टीचर हूँ। सर्व गुरूओं का सद्गति दाता एक ही सतगुरू है। कहते हैं बच्चे मैं सर्व की सद्गति करता हूँ। गति के बाद सद्गति होती है।”

“The Father says: I don’t give you any difficulty. Simply remember the Father and the inheritance and consider yourselves to be souls. Baba is teaching you this knowledge. In the golden age, you have the knowledge that you are souls and that you have to shed your bodies and take another birth. That is called being soul conscious. This is spiritual knowledge and no one else can give it. The spiritual Father comes and gives this knowledge to you spirits. He gives it every 5000 years. People are in total darkness. You have now received light and have awakened from the sleep of ignorance. The one Father is the Bridegroom of all the brides. The Father says: I am your Father, your Bridegroom and also the Guru of all gurus. I am the Supreme Teacher. Only the one Satguru is the Bestower of Salvation for all the gurus. He says: Children, I grant everyone salvation. After liberation, there is salvation.”

“बाप ने समझाया है – हर एक की आत्मा को वापिस जाना है। आत्मा ही सतोप्रधान, सतो–रजो–तमो बनती है। कोई–कोई का बहुत थोड़ा पार्ट है। आये और गये। जैसे मच्छरों मुआफिक जन्मे और मरे। ऐसे तो बाप से वर्सा नहीं लेते हैं। बाप से वर्सा लिया जाता है पवित्रता, सुख–शान्ति का। बाप तुम आत्माओं को समझाते हैं, बाप तो है निराकार। वह भी इस मुख से आकर समझाते हैं।”

“The Father has explained that the soul of each one has to return home. It is souls who become satopradhan, sato, rajo and tamo. Some people have very small parts. They just come and go. They just take birth and die like mosquitoes. Such souls don’t claim the inheritance from the Father. The inheritance of purity, peace and happiness is received from the Father. The Father explains to you souls. The Father is incorporeal. He comes and explains through this one’s mouth.”
