Title: सन्तुष्टता | Contentment
“सन्तुष्टता सदा सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न है क्योंकि जहाँ सन्तुष्टता है वहाँ अप्राप्त कोई वस्तु नहीं। सन्तुष्ट आत्मा में सन्तुष्टता का नेचुरल नेचर है। सन्तुष्टता की शक्ति स्वत: और सहज चारों ओर वायुमण्डल फैलाती है। उनका चेहरा, उनके नयन वायुमण्डल में भी सन्तुष्टता की लहर फैलाते हैं। जहाँ सन्तुष्टता है वहाँ और विशेषतायें स्वत: ही आ जाती हैं। सन्तुष्टता संगम पर विशेष बाप की देन है। सन्तुष्टता की स्थिति परिस्थिति के ऊपर सदा विजयी है। परिस्थिति बदलती रहती है लेकिन सन्तुष्टता की शक्ति सदा प्रगति को प्राप्त करती रहती है। कितनी भी परिस्थिति सामने आये लेकिन सन्तुष्टमणि के आगे हर समय माया और प्रकृति एक पपेट शो माफिक दिखाई देती है, इसलिए सन्तुष्ट आत्मा कभी परेशान नहीं होती। परिस्थिति का शो मनोरंजन अनुभव होता है। यह मनोरंजन अनुभव करने के लिए, अपने स्थिति की सीट सदा साक्षी दृष्टा की चाहिए। साक्षी दृष्टा स्थिति में स्थित रहने वाले यह मनोरंजन अनुभव करते हैं। दृष्य कितना भी बदलता है लेकिन साक्षी दृष्टा की सीट पर स्थित रहने वाली सन्तुष्ट आत्मा साक्षी हो, हर परिस्थिति को स्व स्थिति से बदल देती है। तो हर एक अपने को चेक करे कि मैं सदा सन्तुष्ट हूँ? सदा? सदा हैं वा कभी कभी हैं? बापदादा हमेशा हर शक्ति के लिए, खुशी के लिए, डबल लाइट बन उड़ने के लिए यही बच्चों को कहते कि सदा शब्द सदा याद रहे। कभी–कभी शब्द ब्राह्मण जीवन के डिक्शनरी में है ही नहीं क्योंकि सन्तुष्टता का अर्थ ही है सर्व प्राप्ति। जहाँ सर्व प्राप्ति है वहाँ कभी–कभी शब्द है ही नहीं। तो सदा अनुभूति करने वाले हो वा पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हो?”
“Contentment is always to be full of all attainments, because where there is contentment there is nothing unattained. A contented soul has the natural nature of contentment. The power of contentment easily and naturally spreads contentment into the atmosphere everywhere. The face and eyes of such a soul spread the wave of contentment into the atmosphere. Where there is contentment, other specialities automatically come. Contentment is the special gift from the Father at the confluence age. The stage of contentment is always victorious on an external stage. External situations continue to change but the power of contentment constantly keeps increasing. No matter how many external situations come in front of you, at every moment Maya and nature are seen to be like a puppet show in front of a jewel of contentment. Therefore, contented souls never become distressed. The show of external situations is experienced as entertainment. In order to experience this entertainment, let the seat of your stage always be that of a detached observer; this will give you the experience of entertainment. No matter how much the scene changes, a contented soul, who is stable on the seat of a detached observer, is able to change every external situation with the stage of the self, by being a detached observer. So, each one of you has to check yourself: Am I always content? Always? Are you always content or only sometimes? For every power, for your happiness and for you to become double-light and fly, BapDada always tells the children: Always remember the word ‘sada’ (always). The word ‘sometimes’ doesn’t exist in the dictionary of Brahmin life, because contentment means all attainment. Where there is all attainment, the word ‘sometimes’ doesn’t exist. So, are you those who always have an experience or are you still making effort?”
“बापदादा हर बच्चे को आज विशेष यही वरदान दे रहे हैं कि हे लाडले प्यारे बच्चे, सदा सन्तुष्टमणि बन विश्व में सन्तुष्टता की लाइट फैलाओ। सन्तुष्ट रहना और सन्तुष्ट करना। कई बच्चे कहते हैं सन्तुष्ट रहना तो सहज है लेकिन सन्तुष्ट करना यह थोड़ा मुश्किल लगता है। बापदादा जानते हैं अगर हर एक आत्मा को सन्तुष्ट करना है तो उसकी विधि बहुत सहज साधन है, अगर कोई आपसे असन्तुष्ट होता है या असन्तुष्ट रहता है तो वह भी असन्तुष्ट लेकिन आपको भी उसकी असन्तुष्टता का प्रभाव कुछ तो पड़ता है ना। व्यर्थ संकल्प तो चलता है ना। जो बापदादा ने शुभ भावना, शुभ कामना का मन्त्र दिया है, अगर अपने आपको इस मन्त्र में स्मृति स्वरुप रखो तो आपके व्यर्थ संकल्प नहीं चलेंगे। अपने को जानते हुए भी कि यह ऐसा है, यह वैसा है लेकिन अपने को सदा न्यारा, उसके वायब्रेशन से न्यारा और बाप का प्यारा अनुभव करो। तो आपके न्यारे और बाप के प्यारे पन की श्रेष्ठ स्थिति के वायब्रेशन अगर उस आत्मा को नहीं भी पहुंचे तो वायुमण्डल में फैलेगा जरूर। अगर कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होता और आपके अन्दर उस आत्मा का प्रभाव व्यर्थ संकल्प के रुप में पड़ता रहता है तो वायुमण्डल में सबके संकल्प फैलते हैं इसलिए आप न्यारा बन बाप का प्यारा बन उस आत्मा के भी कल्याण के प्रति शुभ भावना, शुभ कामना रखो। कई बार बच्चे कहते हैं कि उसने गलती की ना, तो हमको भी फोर्स से कहना पड़ता है, थोड़ा अपना स्वभाव भी, मुख भी फोर्स वाला हो जाता है। तो उसने गलती की लेकिन आपने जो फोर्स दिखाया क्या वह गलती नहीं है? उसने और गलती की, आपने अपने मुख से जो फोर्स से बोला, जिसको क्रोध का अंश कहेंगे तो वह राइट है? क्या गलत, गलत को ठीक कर सकता है? आजकल के समय अनुसार अपने बोल को फोर्सफुल बनाना, यह भी विशेष अटेन्शन रखो क्योंकि जोर से बोलना या तंग होके बोलना, वह तो बदलता नहीं लेकिन यह भी दूसरे नम्बर के विकार का अंश है। कहा जाता है – मुख से बोल ऐसे निकले जैसे फूलों की वर्षा हो रही है। मीठे बोल, मुस्कराता चेहरा, मीठी वृत्ति, मीठी दृष्टि, मीठा सम्बन्ध–सम्पर्क यह भी सर्विस का साधन है इसलिए रिजल्ट देखो अगर मानो कोई ने गलती की, गलत है और आपने समझाने के लक्ष्य से और कोई लक्ष्य नहीं है, लक्ष्य आपका बहुत अच्छा है कि इसको शिक्षा दे रहे हैं, समझा रहे हैं लेकिन रिजल्ट में क्या देखा गया है? वह बदलता है? और ही आगे के लिए, आगे आने से डरता है। तो जो लक्ष्य आपने रखा वह तो होता नहीं है इसलिए अपने मन्सा संकल्प और वाणी अर्थात् बोल और सम्बन्ध–सम्पर्क को सदा मीठा, मधुरता सम्पन्न अर्थात् महान बनाओ क्योंकि वर्तमान समय लोग प्रैक्टिकल लाइफ देखने चाहते हैं, अगर वाणी से सेवा करते हो तो वाणी की सेवा से प्रभावित हो नज़दीक तो आते हैं, यह तो फायदा है लेकिन प्रैक्टिकल मधुरता, महानता, श्रेष्ठ भावना, चलन और चेहरे को देख स्वयं भी परिवर्तन के लिए प्रेरणा ले लेते हैं और जैसे जैसे आगे समय की हालातें परिवर्तन होनी हैं, तो ऐसे समय पर आप सबको चेहरे और चलन से ज्यादा सेवा करनी पड़ेगी इसलिए अपने आपको चेक करो – सर्व आत्माओं के प्रति शुभ भावना, शुभ कामना की वृत्ति और दृष्टि के संस्कार नेचर और नेचुरल हैं?”
“Today, BapDada is giving every child the blessing: O lovely, beloved child, always be a jewel of contentment and spread the light of contentment into the world. Remain content and make others content. Some children say that it is easy to remain content, but to make others content feels a little difficult. BapDada knows that if you want to make each and every soul content, the method for that is very easy. If someone becomes discontented with you and remains discontented with you, then that person is discontented anyway. However, you also become influenced by their discontentment to some extent. You do have waste thoughts, do you not? If you keep yourself as an embodiment of the awareness of the mantra that BapDada has given you, the mantra of good wishes and pure feelings, you would not have any waste thoughts. You know that someone is like this or like that, but you still have to experience yourself to be constantly detached, and detached from the vibrations of that one and always loving to the Father. Even if the vibrations of your elevated stage of being detached and loving to the Father do not reach that soul, they will definitely spread into the atmosphere. If someone does not transform themselves and you are being affected by that soul in the form of waste thoughts, then everyone’s thoughts spread into the atmosphere. Therefore, become detached, be loving to the Father and have benevolent and pure feelings and good wishes for that soul too. Many times children say, “Because that one made a mistake, I had to tell them with force”. Your nature and face also become a little forceful. So that one made a mistake, but is the force that you showed not a mistake? That one made some mistake and you said something forcefully, and this would be said to be a trace of anger; is that right? Can one wrong put another wrong right? According to the time nowadays, you have to pay special attention when you make your words forceful, because to speak loudly or to speak while being fed up, thinking that that one is not changing, is also a trace of the second number vice. It is said that words emerging from your mouth should be like a shower of flowers. Sweet words, a smiling face, a sweet attitude, sweet drishti, sweet relationships and contacts – these are also means of service. Therefore, look at the result. If they made a mistake, they are wrong and with the aim of making them understand and not with any other aim – your aim is very good that you are giving teachings and explaining to them – what has been seen to be the result of that? Does that one change? In fact, that one becomes more afraid of coming in front of you in the future. The aim that you had was not fulfilled, and therefore, your thoughts, your words, your way of speaking and your relationships and connections, let these always be sweet, that is, always great, because nowadays people want to see your practical life. When you serve through words, they are influenced through that verbal service and come close and that is beneficial, but when they practically see sweetness, greatness and elevated feelings through your activity and face, they also take inspiration for themselves. As the situations will keep changing according to the time in the future, at that time, all of you will have to do more service through your face and your behaviour. Therefore, check yourself. Are the sanskars of an attitude and vision of good wishes and pure feelings towards other souls part of your nature and natural?”
“ऐसे ही बीच–बीच में सारे दिन में कैसे भी एक मिनट निकाल इस अभ्यास को पक्का करते चलो क्योंकि बापदादा जानते हैं आगे का समय अति हाहाकार का होगा। आप सबको सकाश देनी पड़ेगी और सकाश देने में ही आपका अपना तीव्र पुरुषार्थ हो जायेगा। थोड़े समय में सकाश द्वारा सर्व शक्तियां देनी पड़ेंगी और जो ऐसे नाज़ुक समय में सकाश देंगे, जितनों को देंगे, चाहे बहुतों को, चाहे थोड़ों को उतने ही द्वापर और कलियुग के भक्त उनके बनेंगे। तो संगम पर हर एक भक्त भी बना रहे हैं क्योंकि दिया हुआ सुख और शान्ति उनके दिल में समा जायेगा और भक्ति के रूप में आपको रिटर्न करेंगे।”
“In this way, throughout the day, no matter how, find one minute now and then and continue to make this practice firm, because BapDada knows that the times to come will be extremely distressing. All of you will have to give sakaash and your giving that sakaash will become your intense effort. In a short time you will have to give all powers through sakaash and those who give sakaash in such delicate times, however many you give it to, whether you give to many or a few, that many will become your devotees in the copper and iron ages. So, at the confluence age, each of you is also creating your devotees, because the happiness and peace that you give them become merged in their hearts and they will give you a return of that in the form of their devotion.”
“स्वयं का स्वयं ही टीचर बनो तो सर्व कमजोरियां स्वत: समाप्त हो जायेंगी।”
“Become your own teacher and all weaknesses will automatically finish.”

“अभी–अभी एक सेकण्ड में आत्म–अभिमानी, अपने शरीर को भी देखते हुए अशरीरी स्थिति में न्यारा और बाप का प्यारा अनुभव कर सकते हो ना! तो अभी एक सेकण्ड में अशरीरी भव!”
“Now, in one second, can you not experience yourself to be soul conscious, detached in the bodiless stage while being in the body and also loving to the Father? So, now, in one second, become bodiless.”
