“जैसे और कर्मेन्द्रियों को मेरी कहते हो वैसे ही मन को भी मेरा कहते हो। मेरा कहना अर्थात् मालिक बनो। मन में जो संकल्प करने चाहो, जितना समय वह संकल्प करने चाहो वह बंधा हुआ है क्योंकि मेरा है।”
“You say that all your physical senses belong to you. In the same way, you also say that your mind belongs to you. To say that it is yours means you are its master. Whatever thought you wish your mind to have and for however long you wish it to be there, your mind is bound to do that, because it is your mind.”
“बाप–दादा इस स्नेह के दिन यही होमवर्क देने चाहते हैं कि जो संकल्प करने चाहो वही चले, अगर आप शुद्ध संकल्प करने चाहते हो तो वह शुद्ध संकल्प व्यर्थ संकल्प को खत्म कर दे। चाहते हो योग लगाना और संस्कार के कारण व्यर्थ संकल्प चलें, या योग की सिद्धि नहीं मिले, यह कन्ट्रोल होना चाहिए। अगर एक घण्टा योग लगाने चाहते हो तो मन डिस्टर्ब नहीं करे। आत्मा मालिक है, मन मालिक नहीं है, मन तो आत्मा का साथी है। तो साथी को प्यार से आर्डर करो, मनजीत बनो”
“So, on this day of love, BapDada wishes to give you this homework: Only create the thought that you wish to have. If you wish to have pure thoughts, then, if any waste thoughts arise, your pure thoughts should finish them. If you wish to have yoga but, due to your sanskars, waste thoughts arise instead, or, if you are not successful in having yoga, you must develop this control. If you wish to have yoga for one hour, do not let your mind be disturbed. The soul is the master; the mind is not the master. The mind is the companion of the soul. So, order your companion with love. Become the conqueror of your mind.”
“आज दो घण्टा, चार घण्टा योग की स्टेज में कर्म भी करो, योग भी लगाओ, कर सकते हो?”
“Today, are you able to perform actions while in a stage of yoga and also have yoga for two or four hours?”
“जब कुछ नीचे ऊपर हो तो सम्बन्ध और प्राप्तियां याद करना। बाप हर बच्चे के साथ सहयोगी है, सिर्फ आप याद करना।”
“Whenever something is not right, then remember the relationships and the attainments. The Father co-operates with every child. All you have to do is to remember Him.”
“अभी अटेन्शन दो। मन मेरे आर्डर में चले न कि आप मन के आर्डर में चलो। चाहते हो ज्ञान की बातों का रमण करें और आ जाती हैं फालतू बातें। तो क्या हुआ? मन मालिक बना या आप मालिक बनें? तो सभी ने यह होमवर्क समझा! मन जीत बनना है। जो आर्डर करें, वह मानेगा जरूर मानेगा, अटेन्शन देना पड़ेगा बस।”
“Now, pay attention! Your mind has to work under your orders, not that you act under the orders of your mind. You want to contemplate on matters of this knowledge but useless thoughts arise in your mind instead. So, what happened? Is your mind the master or are you the master? Have you all understood your homework? You have to conquer your mind. Whatever your order is, it has to obey that; it definitely has to obey that. All you have to do is to pay attention.”
“बापदादा यही चाहते हैं कि जो रोज़ के महावाक्य सुनते हो वह होमवर्क है। अगर रोज़ की मुरली जो बाप ने कहा और बच्चों ने किया तो उसको कहा जाता है बाप के सिकीलधे बच्चे, आज्ञाकारी बच्चे। क्या करना है, वह रोज़ की मुरली पढ़ लो क्योंकि बापदादा ने देखा है मैजारिटी बच्चे मुरली से प्यार रखते हैं। अगर कोई नहीं भी रखता हो, तो बापदादा को कोई बच्चा कहे बाबा आपसे मेरा बहुत प्यार है, लेकिन बाप का प्यार किससे है? मुरली से। मुरली के लिए कितना दूर से आते हैं। कोई टीचर ऐसा होगा जो इतना दूर से पढ़ाई पढ़ाने आये। तो जब बाप का प्यार मुरली से है, तो जो मेरा बाबा कहता है, उसका पहला प्यार बाप के साथ बाप की मुरली से होना चाहिए। देखो, ब्रह्मा बाप ने एक दिन भी मुरली मिस नहीं की। चाहे बाम्बे भी जाते रहे, कारणे अकारणे, तो मुरली लिखते थे और मातेश्वरी वह मुरली सुनाती थी। लास्ट डे तबियत थोड़ी ढीली थी, सवेरे का क्लास नहीं कराया लेकिन शाम को क्लास कराने के बाद अव्यक्त हुए। तो ब्रह्मा बाप का प्यार किससे हुआ? मुरली से। जो कोई समझते हैं कि मेरा बाबा से प्यार है तो बाप का जिससे प्यार रहा, बच्चे का रहना चाहिए ना! तो मुरली रोज़ क्लास में पढ़ना वा सुनना। अगर मजबूरी है, बहाना नहीं है, सही कारण है तो किसी से सुनो। जो समझते हैं कि मुरली का इतना महत्व रखूंगा वह हाथ उठाओ।”
“BapDada wants you to use every day’s elevated versions (murli) as your homework. If you children do what the Father asks you to do in each day’s murli, it means that you are acting as the Father’s long-lost and now-found children, the obedient children. What do you have to do? Read every day’s murli because BapDada has seen that the majority of children love the murli. Even if someone doesn’t love it, if a child says to BapDada: Baba, I love You a lot, what does the Father love? He loves the murli. He comes from so far away to speak the murli. Would there be any other teacher who comes from so far away just to teach you? Since the Father loves the murli, then those who say “My Baba” and who have love for the murli, their first love also has to be for the Father’s murli as well as for the Father. Look, Father Brahma did not miss a murli for even one day. Even when he went to Bombay for one reason or another, he wrote the murli and Mateshwari would read that murli. Even on the last day, when his health wasn’t that good, so he didn’t conduct class in the morning, but he became avyakt after conducting evening class. What did Brahma Baba love? The murli. Those who think that they love Baba, should also love what the Father loved, should they not? This is why the Father thinks that you should read the murli or study it in class. If this is not possible, and you are not making an excuse, but there is a valid reason, then get someone to read it to you. Raise your hands if you feel that you will give that much importance to the murli!”
