“यह तो तुम जानते हो कि आत्मा में ही पाप हैं। पुण्य भी आत्मा में हैं। आत्मा ही पावन, आत्मा ही पतित बनती है। यहाँ सब आत्मायें पतित हैं। पापों के दाग लगे हुए हैं इसलिए पाप आत्मा कहा जाता है। अब पाप निकले कैसे? जब कोई चीज़ पर स्याही वा तेल गिर जाता है तो ब्लॉटिंग पेपर (सोख्ता) रखते हैं। वह सारा चूस लेता है। अब सभी मनुष्य याद करते हैं एक को क्योंकि वही ब्लॉटिंग पेपर है, पतित–पावन है। सिवाए उस एक के और कोई ब्लॉटिंग पेपर है नहीं। वह तो जन्म जन्म गंगा स्नान करते और ही पतित हुए हैं। पतितों को पावन करने वाला एक ही शिवबाबा ब्लॉटिंग पेपर है। है भी छोटे ते छोटी एक बिन्दी। सबका पाप नष्ट करते हैं। किस युक्ति से? सिर्फ कहते हैं मुझ ब्लॉटिंग पेपर को याद करो। मैं तो चैतन्य हूँ ना।”
“You know that sins are in souls. Charity is also accumulated in souls. It is souls that become pure and souls that become impure. All souls here are impure; they are covered with stains of sin and this is why they are called sinful souls. How can those sins be removed? When oil or ink is spilt somewhere, blotting paper is used to absorb it. All human beings remember the One because He is the Blotting Paper, the Purifier. No one, apart from Him, is the Blotting Paper. Those people bathe in the Ganges for birth after birth and become even more impure. Only Shiv Baba is the Blotting Paper that purifies the impure. He is the tiniest of the tiny, just a point. He absolves everyone’s sins. With what method? He simply says: Remember Me, the Blotting Paper! I am the Sentient Being.”
“तुम्हारा काम है दूसरों को भी यह बताना कि पतित–पावन एक है। भल तुम ज्ञान नदियाँ अनेक हो लेकिन तुम सबको कहते हो कि एक को याद करो। वह एक ही पतित–पावन है। उनकी बहुत महिमा है। ज्ञान का सागर भी वह है। उस एक बाप को याद करना, देही–अभिमानी हो रहना – यह एक ही बात डिफीकल्ट है। बाप सिर्फ तुम्हारे लिए नहीं कहते, बल्कि बाबा के ध्यान में तो सभी सेन्टर्स के बच्चे हैं। बाप तो सब बच्चों को देखते हैं ना, कहाँ अच्छे सर्विसएबुल बच्चे रहते हैं, शिवबाबा की फुलवाड़ी है ना। जो अच्छी फुलवाड़ी होगी उनको ही बाबा याद करेंगे।”
“It is your duty to tell others that there is only the one Purifier. Although there are many rivers of this knowledge, you have to tell everyone to remember the One. Only He is the Purifier. There is a lot of praise of Him. He is also the Ocean of Knowledge. To remember that one Father and to remain soul conscious is the one difficult thing. The Father is not only telling you; He has the children of all the centres in His mind. The Father sees all the children. There are Shiv Baba’s flower gardens where His good serviceable children are. Baba remembers those who are in good flower gardens.”
“बाप की याद – यह है योग अग्नि, जिससे पाप भस्म होंगे इसलिए पूछा जाता है कहाँ तक पाप भस्म हुए हैं? जितना बाप को याद करेंगे उतना खुशी का पारा चढ़ा रहेगा।”
“The remembrance of the Father is the fire of yoga with which your sins are burnt away. This is why you are asked to what extent your sins have been burnt away. The more you remember the Father, the higher your mercury of happiness will remain.”
“पापों का खाता कोई शरीर में लगा हुआ नहीं है। इतनी छोटी आत्मा बिन्दी में ही सारा पार्ट भरा हुआ है। आत्मा पतित होगी तो जीव पर भी असर पड़ेगा। आत्मा पावन बन जाती है – फिर शरीर भी पवित्र मिलता है। दु:खी, सुखी आत्मा बनती है। शरीर को चोट लगने से आत्मा को दु:ख फील होता है।”
“The accounts of sin are not attached to bodies. The whole parts are recorded in such tiny souls. When souls are impure, there is the effect of that on the living beings. When souls become pure, they receive pure bodies. It is souls that become happy and unhappy. When a body is hurt, it is the soul that feels the pain.”
“आत्मा बाप को याद करने से ही पावन बन सकती है। इसको याद की यात्रा कहा जाता है। कितनी सहज बात है, जो रोज़–रोज़ बाप समझाते रहते हैं।”
“A soul can only become pure by remembering the Father. This is known as the pilgrimage of remembrance. This is so simple. The Father continues to explain this to you every day.“
“यह तो जानते हो आत्मा एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरा लेती है। आत्मा ही दु:ख सुख भोगती है। कभी भी एक दो के दिल को नहीं दु:खाना चाहिए। एक दो को सुख पहुँचाना चाहिए। तुम्हारा धन्धा यही है। बहुत हैं जो एक दो को दु:ख देते रहते हैं। एक दो की देह में फँसे रहते हैं। सारा दिन एक दो को याद करते रहते हैं। माया भी तीखी है। बाबा नाम नहीं लेते हैं, इसलिए बाबा कहते हैं बच्चे देही–अभिमानी भव। ज्ञान तो बड़ा सहज है। याद ही मुश्किल है।”
“You understand that each soul sheds his body and takes another. It is the soul that experiences happiness and sorrow. Never hurt one another’s heart. Give happiness to one another. This is your business. There are many who continue to cause sorrow for one another. They remain trapped in the bodies of one another. They continue to remember one another throughout the day. Maya is very clever. Baba does not mention any names. That is why Baba says: Children, may you be soul conscious! This knowledge is very easy. It is remembrance that is difficult.”
“यह नॉलेज तो बड़ी सहज है। ड्रामा को जानना एक कहानी है। मुरली चलाना बड़ी बात नहीं। याद की ही बहुत मुश्किलात है। बाबा फिर कह देते हैं – ड्रामा। फिर भी पुरुषार्थ करते रहो। बाप को याद करो तो योग अग्नि से तुम्हारे पाप भस्म होंगे। अच्छे–अच्छे बच्चे इसमें फेल हो जाते हैं ।”
“This knowledge is very easy. It is remembrance that is difficult. Those people study so many subjects of that knowledge for 15 to 20 years. This knowledge is very easy. To know the drama is like a story. It is not a big thing to conduct the murli. It is remembrance that causes great difficulty. Baba then says: Drama! Nevertheless, continue to make effort. Remember the Father and your sins will be burnt away in the fire of yoga. Some very good children fail in this.”
